By accessing or using the services of ByMucheeh Inc. ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
ByMucheeh Inc. provides web design, branding, social media management, and digital marketing services. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing for each project are outlined in the service agreement or proposal provided to you before work begins.
We commit to the timelines stated in your service package. The delivery clock starts only once the required payment, content, credentials and client materials have all been received. Delays in providing those materials, or in returning feedback and approvals, move the delivery date accordingly.
Each package includes a stated number of revision rounds. A revision round means one consolidated list of feedback, submitted at one time. Requests made outside the included rounds, or feedback submitted piecemeal after a round has been actioned, are billed at $150 per hour or quoted as a change order before any work begins.
Support begins at launch and covers defects in the contracted deliverables, meaning something we built does not work as agreed. It does not cover new pages, new features, new copy, redesigns, new automations, third-party service failures or changes you make yourself. Work of that kind is quoted separately or covered by a Care Plan.
Our preferred structure is that you own your domain and ByMucheeh manages hosting on your behalf under Managed Hosting or an active Care Plan. Where ByMucheeh prepays hosting or a domain on your behalf, that renewal must be prepaid by you before the renewal date. If you decline renewal, or an account lapses, we are not responsible for downtime or data loss. On offboarding we will transfer accounts and provide a final backup once outstanding invoices are settled.
Social media management runs on a 3-month initial term and then continues month to month, cancellable with 30 days written notice. Care Plans, Managed Hosting and similar retainers may remain month to month. Recurring services are billed in advance on autopay and pause if payment fails.
Once scope has been approved in writing, any addition or change requires written approval from both sides. Scope changes may affect both the price and the delivery date, and we will tell you the effect of a requested change before we act on it.
Upon full payment, you own the final deliverables created for your project. ByMucheeh Inc. retains the right to:
All third-party assets (stock images, fonts, plugins) are subject to their respective licenses.
You agree to provide accurate information, timely feedback, and any content required for your project. You confirm that any materials you provide (logos, images, copy) are owned by you or that you have the right to use them.
ByMucheeh Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service in question.
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the course of the project. This obligation survives termination of the service agreement.
Either party may terminate a service agreement with written notice. Work completed up to the termination date will be invoiced accordingly. Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
