It depends on the size of the job. A logo, a small revamp or a video package is paid in full upfront. A Starter site is either paid in full or split 50 percent to start and 50 percent before launch. Standard is 50 and 50. Business is 50 to start, 25 at design approval and 25 before launch. E-commerce and app builds are 40, 30 and 30. Social and Care plans are billed monthly in advance.
The clock starts once we have the payment, the content, the credentials and anything else we asked you for. It is the single most common reason a project slips, so we are upfront about it. If you are slow getting us material, the date moves.
Every package includes revision rounds. A revision round is one consolidated list of feedback sent at one time rather than a trickle of messages. Requests beyond the included rounds are billed at $150 an hour or quoted as a change order.
Starter 7 days, Standard 14 days, Business 21 days, E-commerce 28 days. You get an exact date before we begin.
Yes. On full payment the final deliverables are yours, including source files. We keep the right to show the work in our portfolio, and any third party assets stay under their own licences.
Our preferred setup is that you own the domain and we manage the hosting. Managed Hosting is $360 a year, and it is bundled free with an active Care plan. If we prepay anything on your behalf, renewal has to be prepaid before the renewal date.
Yes, and we will show you how. For anything bigger there is a Care plan or hourly system edits at $150 an hour.
