From local gathering to international movement
A faith-based conference with momentum but no digital backbone. We built the platform, the social presence, and the brand system that let it scale across borders.
800 → 5,000+
attendees

The problem
The conference was growing on word of mouth alone, and word of mouth has a ceiling. Registration was manual, reach was local, and every new chapter had to reinvent its own look.
Scaling to thousands of attendees across multiple countries needed infrastructure: a site that handles registrations, social channels that carry the message, and a brand that stays consistent from chapter to chapter.
What we built
Event platform with ticketing
A conference website built to register attendees at scale, communicate the program, and grow the mailing list between events.
Social media across 4 platforms
Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube presence managed to keep the community engaged year-round, not just conference week.
A brand system for 6 country chapters
Regional logo variants and social branding so every chapter looks unmistakably part of one movement while carrying its own identity.
